On June 10-14, 2014, the conference „Development of New Modules for International Bachelor and Master Programmes in Sustainable Tourism Management“ was held in Worms, Germany. The event was organised under the auspices of the EU TEMPUS project SuToMa. About 50 participants from the South Caucasus and EU countries participated in the conference. Academics, NGO and private sector leaders made presentations about different issues of sustainable tourism, they also presented their own vision how to solve specific problems in the field of sustainable tourism. Prof. Dimitri Japaridze, Director of the Business Research Centre at Ilia State University, presented his views on the future improvements in the field of sustainable tourism in Georgia.
